Monday morning *Yin and Flow* is Yin focused, while also adding gentle movements and a slow, restorative flow from pose to pose, ensuring a “wake up and begin your day and week” vibe by the time we get to the end. Your body will feel stretched and elongated, while your mind and spirit will feel grounded and ready for the day.
