Service Description

The most amazing yoga for kids class EVER!! Dr. Jerika Johnstone created a one-of-a-kind curriculum that not only teaches poses, postures and mudras, but also includes geography, physiology and healthy mindset tools. This class helps kids develop strength, teaches them how to regulate their emotions, boosts their confidence and shows them the power of working in community.....all while having a BLAST. I sincerely wish I had this when I was a child.
