Service Description

Sign your kids up for something unique and mindful this Fall!! Dr. Jerika Johnstone is back to lead this one-of-a-kind yoga class!! Children will learn yoga postures, mindfulness tools and confidence building techniques all while having FUN! Each session runs for 8-weeks and is open to ages 6 to 12:)
