Guided Meditation Experience Wear comfy clothes & bring a comfy blanket Cost of Experience: $35 What to expect? We will gather in a circle with a warm, calming cup of tea, ground ourselves with some mild breathwork, & then experience 3 guided meditations...{to gain knowledge of our past lives & how they are influencing this life} to connect to a spirit animal (s), connect to spirit guide, & to connect to a past life, then end with a reiki healing, journal, & share if desired. You will be in a relaxed state that will tap into your subconscious where all of your life (past lives) information lives. You will remember the entire experience & walk away with new knowledge about yourself & your unique path.
