GALAXY AND BREATH EVENT!

Service Description

This vinyasa flow leading into breathwork is a beautiful combination of movement and meditation. Class begins with guided vinyasa under calming/dreamy lighting. Participants will then flow into a guided breathwork session. Both sessions are for "all levels" of yoga and breathwork. A perfect opportunity to get back in touch with with your mind, body and spirit in a safe, spacelike atmosphere.
